This focused session provides a gentle opportunity to step away from daily stress and reconnect with a sense of calm. Through soothing sensory techniques, your nervous system is encouraged to shift out of a heightened stress response and into a more relaxed, restorative state.
The Sanctuary Session is a full sensory relaxation experience designed to help your body shift out of a state of stress and into deep rest and restoration. At 60 minutes your nervous system has the opportunity to settle, allowing tension to melt away while promoting calm, quiet, and peace. Perfect for those seeking deeper rest and a full disconnect from daily demands.
